Good to know that there are people out there that still drop by this site after so long. Hahaha...kinda surprised actually. Ya. I think most will think that the emo feeling will be bugging me for several days or maybe weeks for the lost of my car. But surprisingly i actually had gotten over it on the 3rd day i think. Blame it on the work load maybe ? hahaa...But then, until today i still haven't got used to the lost. Is like,

By the way, i thought i lost my bag with it also, which actually is still with me in my room. Was so happy when i saw it..hahahahaha...

I can't wait to get another new guitar soon. I need one to play, to practise, to improvise for the next gig. FYI, after several named guitarist and interested vocalist, my band have came to a conclusion for now, that i will take over the vocal and rhythm guitar. Im ok and comfortable with it coz i've been doing that ever since, just that i have to adapt back coz i've been doing just the vocal when i join them. Besides, its really hard to find another guitarist that not only can play the style, and most importantly click. Well, who knows rite if a better vocalist or guitarist comes in later on. After all, its all comes to what is best for the band la.

Me ? i think im lucky to know this bunch. One who have bigger dreams and passion than me; one who is helpful and amazed me all the time; one who show improvement from time to time; i think i see myself improving too :) No one is perfect here, thus, its perfect.

How ahh..when i oledi forged out 4k for my recently bought notebook...oledi broke ... put it broken also can...like hell di..ahhahaha...can anyone loan me 500 bucks ? pay back in ..errr..3 months time ? hahahahahaa...

The Fusion Fiesta show was cool. We were the last band to take out the stage. Despite some minor technical problem on the 2nd song, and problem with the drumkick stand, i think we cheered the crowd. hahahaa...we got encore after finished off our 4th song..that felt great :)

YL can recognise the track "nevermind" is the first song that we played yday night. Cool man..hahaha..coz i didn't introduced the songs name at all yesterday night..shit..ahahha

Coincidency

It was nearly 1pm, was around Mayang area, just done with work and dinner, decided to pump petrol before getting home. Head to the nearest Petronas station, as i wanted to use the 200 bucks worth of Petronas petrol coupon voucher, which is one of the promotion gift from the V3012 notebook i bought.

Walked to the counter to redeem the voucher...there was this one guy approaching to the counter also..as im tearing off the voucher coupon to use..

Well, my usual weekend update...hehe

Friday nite, surprisingly to hear the twins and Bev at Amata Tea Arts Vegetarian restaurant, like out of sudden go for vegetarian food ? hahahaa.. anyway, we still went for "normal" food after that when CW arrived. Had Fried Udon Chicken Chop..not bad at all. Catch My Super X Girlfriend after that. Not too bad, had a good laugh..ehhehe. Uma Thurman is old..hhmmm...the night hasn't end after that with the usual jamming practise @ Tunestone through midnight. Chill !

Saturday, was at McD with WS, KK and Thean for lunch. Tried the McD new Green Apple flavour Sundae..not too bad for the first few licks..after that get kinda jelak and one kind. hahaha..Still full, but still drop by for Leng Chee Kang and Chee Cheong Fun after that. Bloated !

Planned and we spent the night at Club7, with 2 hours of pool and beers. It was quite an interesting and fresh outing i would say. Got kinda high with "toasted" beers ..ahhahahahahaahaa..guessed i must be high that i treated the gang for mamak after that.. :) It was on the way back then, me and WS decided to chill at Esplanade. Talked through the night, admiring the quiet calm sea maybe..hahaa..

Sunday, it was oledi noon when i woke up. Supposedly got pizza plan but cancelled. I asked them out for chee cheong fun and leng chee kang again...hahahaa..bloated again. The next thing i reached home, i lie flat on bed and fell asleep again..ishh..which supposedly to join for short jogging.. Took my dinner and shoot up PJ for jammin session@ Haciendia, which tonight we tried recording down the raw tracks with my notebook. Ahh...upon hearing back, i think we can do better..hahaha..with more practise and ..practise..hehehe.. i was the last to collect and pay for the jamming fees when again..the people there asked me...

New key

I have 2 keys in the keychain i carried along when i go out anywhere. One is for my house door key, one for my gate small door key.

Since yesterday, i keep making mistake between the 2 keys, inserting the house door key for the gate small door and the opposite. I realised the gate small door key locker have been changed to a new one, but didn't bother to think how come my key can still fit in or anything.

Tonight, when i made the mistake for the 4th time, i analysised my keys. OoooOOOo..it was a new key ! my dad must have changed and replace it when i left the keys in the house.

No wonder my key can fit in for the new lock ! hahahahaa...

Well, my dad is memang efficient and fast all the time. hehe...why can't i be more like him ? hhmm... answer you later !

I thought my weekend was kinda lame until i recalled back..it wasn't that bad after all.

I had the most incoming calls on Friday which kinda freaks me out of the money i spent on calls that day itself...ishh...gathered with the gang at night at bkt tinggi for tong yuen. It was a cold and chilly windy night, where the ginger soup comes in as the best combination on a night like this. Well, not to forget that usual craps. haha..in a way, it was a stupid disaster for working people as Thursday was a holiday, working on Friday, then off on Saturday. haha..

Saturday morning, helped out with Loon's friend video shooting to be 'kelefe' actor. Hahaha...Not too bad, and not too tiring actually. It was a scene in a pub, where what i do is just to be the crowd and dance around. haha...i hope the director didn't noticed me not wearing socks though..hahahahahahaa..got to know a few new friends through the shooting crew :)

during one of the toilet 'pee' scene ...hehe

The shoot went on and finished off quite early so i went yumchar with Loon and Bak after that. Its been a long while since i last sat down with both of them le...but then, just like old times, things doesn't change, both still the same old shit, same old crap and gossips. Hehehhee..



Jam practise at night and we tried out this new Pentatonix Studio somewhere in SS15 Sunway. Damn big space with good surround sound system. Definitely worth the try ! working on our 4th and maybe 5th EFT songs. Yeah !



Still managed to join the gang for drinking session at Chiang Wei's crib after the jamming session. Honestly, was kinda happy that everyone is there when i arrived. Not because of them waiting for me for the 2nd round, but because everyone can make it for the drinking session, coz i know not all of them like the idea of it, especially the gals and the twins. hehehe..so..cool leh. Well, i hope everyone enjoyed, the night of PS2, liquor, drinks, snacks, nuggets, ktv, cards, craps..etc :) :) :)

Its been a while since i step on "the other world".. HAHAHA... it felt great ! and it was the first time with the kurakura's. bad bad influence...hahahahahahaaa

Sunday.. i know i will be in Oldtown, and yes i did...hahahaha. Having the Omega soft boiled eggs and tea....wooo..tats my Sunday ! then everyone sharing stories of what happened the night before. I know la..i screamed and sing and act stupid again..hehehe...

Highlights of the day :

Christ put on eyeliner and took half an hour to set up his Jrock style hair. He stole the limelight even before the show starts..hahaha

Mansyah put on a Jester hat, acting like a clown, making fun, loosening the hot atmosphere..hehe

Meng's wah-wah pedal decided to go haywire just right before our turn, he end up not using it, frusfrated.

San J's punk hair lost to Christ this time. haha...and he didn't took out his shirt after the first song...thought that was his plan..ish..hahaha

Kimfatt forgot some of the lyrics and just sing whatever comes in mind, and accidentally ter-switch off the mic twice...what a fool ! and his screaming was the mildest compared to all the jiwang jiwang metal screamer band tonight..HAHAHA

Every Fallen Thursday was lucky enough to take out the show before the 30 mins countdown to Merdeka. Yeah !

Thanks alot to my fatty, Teck and the Kurakuras' who came for the moral support and cheered for us. Else i wouldn't have got the chances to walk down to the audience and do high 5 with you guys also... that was cool...and it was my first time...hahaa.. well, not to forgot the bandmate's friends, who gave us some constructive comments after the gig.

The show was a good one i guessed, despite some minor mistake here and there. Well, everyone have their first time. This is ours. And we will learn from this experience ! more to come and long way to go !

Motivation

Motivation is the best medicine to keep you going ..sometimes..or maybe all the time. Be able to accept criticizing from friends especially those involved is better. Learn to accept every other's strength and preferences is not easy, if you're always in search for perfection and how you think this and that should be. I guess everyone just wanna be in their comfort zone, doing their most usual bits, and when they are high enough, showing off that extra hardwork. While, some people, they have so much more in them that you haven't see, just that a lack of confident and experience skid them off, they need exposure. Some people, you need to keep pushing them...you push push and push...at the end, they push themselves further than you've expected, bringing better results. Its a really good satisfaction to see that, as you felt that, they are doing it for the passion, for themselves and not because we are pushing them anymore. Some people, enjoy what they do and don't give a damn of what's happening around them, which is a good and can be a bad thing too, because they might not know they weren't doing the correct thing at the correct time. Some people, they think big, admit themselves that they are arrogant, doing what they can to get that extra attention, that extra intentions. But can be lazy and laid back at times, giving excuses for their mistakes or blame it on something else. Ha.

People like me...i think im a bit of everything. Which i dun think is that good either..hahahaha...

Upon hearig, that made my night, it gives me that extra lil confidence, assuring me im what i am. Maybe it is just flattering, but still, it motivates me.. heh !

It was a bad week-end. Was so damn fucking pissed off mode on Friday, what else but work stuffs. What will you do when you are so pissed off, at the same time you are so damn tired and you just want to sleep, but you're stuck in the most crucial jam at peak hours.. terrible lehhh..

Tunestone studio organiser put us in the list of band to play for end of this month gig...after hearing us jamming...sounds kinda surprised yet hilarious..hahaha..coz personally i think we are not that good yet, and furthermore we dun have enough materials to last through 30 mins...how lehh..but however, we got half a month's time to practise..hahaha..

Damn...i can't get myself to sleep tonight..ish ish...always happened once or twice a month. I had futsal and jamming tonight somemore..damn tired...well, watever...might as well do some writing..

I'm doing vocals and a little bit of guitar for this new band..

And im beginning to get kinda commited with them. They are nice people, and all of them are friends who love music and got together to form a band..thats the best thing for a band..i wish i was that lucky..but i was never man...ish..but mainly is because there is so much space for me to learn and explore..furthermore..enjoy. We are playing more of mainstream pop rock, punkish alternative genres. 2 materials were done and im happy to fill in the melodic and riffs and vocals. Kinda new to me but fun, and is something i always wanted to try to do. And so glad..they like it ..more than i do..HAHAHAA...ok..i abit SS now ! (Syok Sendiri).. but then..yeah..i agreed with some people who said my vocals will suits more on this kind of songs...hhmm..maybe,

You know..when everything just got in tune and snap at the same second, I dunno how to describe it..but it was awesome satisfaction feeling..i saw a smile, or rather a hidden grin on the band leader. What about Drye ?

Yes...Drye has almost recruiting all the new members. Yes...new members...because my bassist suddenly went MIA ( missing in action )...damn..fuck.. im gonna make sure one day he will regret doing this...while the drummer...we still keep in touch. But he is having his SPM this year so alot of restriction from his parents. I told him i gonna find new members, and he is cool with it :)

We will go in studio for first jamming this weekend to see how things goes. I hope this will work out man !

Btw...Drye plays more on progressive rock, heavy stuffs...so its kinda different from Every Fallen Thursday...in terms of acceptance. But whatever..both rocks ! HAHAHAHAHA...ok SS again..hahahahahaha

Goodbye Prepaid

Finally, i changed to Maxis Postpaid, after few months of procastination..haha

Some drama..
I was at the Maxis branch, asking to change to Postpaid. Check check, then the executive said that my name and profile were blacklisted ! and all is my exact profile details and numbers....and i have an outstanding amount of Rm140+..I was kinda shocked...i asked for the number and it was 017******* (in case Maxis found out this post ..haha..never know mann ) ...year 2003...

Year 2003...that was soooo long ago..but all the while i dun remember registering any numbers..it was prepaid all the while. But then, the number is very familiar, becoz the last four digit, is Wei Loon's car plate number...but i just couldn't remember anything more than that, bcoz i memang never have any registered number before. So anyway, the people there told me they can't do anything about it, i have to refer and talk to the main headquarter. Which luckily, is just in Klang also..hahaha

So on the way there, i called up Wei Loon...talk talk..he dun remember also..but he said sounds familiar...when im almost there, he called back...asking to confirm the number...talk talk...and then...ting* ...found out the time that Timecell was having this promotion, to use the 017 number sim for free ! and i took the number coz it was same with Wei Loon's car plate number..and i did filled up the form with my details...ishh...damn...con man ! ! ishhh...he told me he remembered i used the number to make calls..after that dunno where i throw away the SIM card somemore..hahahahahaha...

So now i got an outstanding amount of Rm140+...ishh...well, was thinking...okla...put up an "innocent" show then at the end pay off only la..in order to register.. *karma..* sigh..haha

So..at the end...to cut long story short...i think i should be award the best actor for the day..HAHAHAHA...innocent + pissed + unbelieveable reactions..hahahaha....and the executive actually believes me...and write off the old blacklisted account..just like that...yea yeahhhh..hahahaha.....and the best thing..i dun have to pay the outstanding amount...hahaha..

Well..in a way i think...Timecell was a so way back then...they dunwanna keep track also i guess...easier for them...good for me too ! hahahaha

Saturday :

I didn't managed to sleep till noon. Was dragged up an hour earlier to go for lunch at Pyramid@ KimGary with the Kurakura's. Grumpy mode. But i think must be the newly renovated environment, and atmosphere there...the food is nice..the crowd is nice...or maybe its Saturday..everyone looks happy..so do i..hehehe :)

Beggar Chicken

After a few weeks of failed planning..finally another plan done. We went for the ..i think quite famous "beggar chicken" in banting...where the food are buried and heated underneath the coal and dunno what else, where each dishes takes 4 hours to be heated and cook..so you have to book..one week earlier..ahahhahaha

Eventhough how good it taste or how nice it it looks when it is served...when taken in up close..it still look kinda gross..hahahahahaa...the pics taken were after meal leftovers...ahhahaa

It was a tiring weekend. Friday nite as usual was badminton. The competition didnt continue this week as many were absent. Good also...hahaha...Saturday. Started off with breakfast at Chi Liung, then off down to KL@Nikko Hotel for Aldy's convocation. Then it was shopping spree for the girls at KLCC the whole day, while the guys...teman. hahahahahah..but it was fun for kena warned twice for curi curi taking pics posing in the shops..checking out all the ah kua's, betting with CJ whether the sales gal is Chinese or Japanese, playing "who's eye blink first" in the car, shout shout for no reasons and the usuals craps and craps...haha..Made the way back to Klang around 8..and decided to catch the midnite show for Superman. Tickets were out...duhh..but we took the risk to come back again at 25 mins before the show starts for the release tickets...and yea yeahh..we got it...9 tickets..in a row ! middle seat somemore ! hahaha.. Superman was...so so...nice camera angles ...but dunno..overall..dun really like ...dissappointed ler. Reached home at 3am, and managed to catch the 2nd half of the match between Germany and Portugal :[p

What did i did on Sunday ? woke up at 2pm. Stoned, makan, slept back again at 3pm. Woke up at 5pm. Chat online, play guitar, out for dinner@Pelita. Then the final match football craze..ehhehe

Well, no more reasons for late night staying up jorr..hahahaha...have a great week ahead everyone !!

Month Planned Genting Trip

The chills :
- hitching the ride up to Genting with CW's Peugeot 407. Windows all fully tinted, can't see through...ubber cool ! hahahaha...
- Got free massage parlours...kononnya..but it was nice..ahahha
- Ice creams in the colds..hahahahaha
- walking through the thick cold mist 4am sipping coffee bean ice blended :)
- Me and KW managed to climb all the way up to the top on our 2nd attempt for rock climbing..cool man ! hahahaha
- WS and Aldy managed to join us last minute..heheheh
- Chilling with drew in the cold till dusk while the others are nicely sleeping..hahahaha



The Stupids :
- 24/7 sessions of stupidity craps and laughing over even stupid sound effects. Consequences : WS got stomach ache..hahahaaa
- KK told me later that the stranger couple behind was saying us " so so dei wan all" (crazy people all)
- up and down between Genting Hotel and First World with and without bags throughout the day at least more than 4 times...WTF weiiiii !!!!!! hahahahahaha...

The Potong Stims :
- Thean couldn't make it. Too bad man.
- The lost of England on Penalties. But the football fever atmosphere was superb !!!!
